At George Fox University Athletics, I led a team of design interns, managing projects, delegating tasks, and mentoring them to sharpen their skills and execute high-quality work under tight deadlines. From concept to completion, I created season schedules, information booklets, and social media content—illustrating dynamic graphics that boosted engagement for sports events. To ensure efficiency and brand consistency, I developed reusable design templates and upheld GFU’s Brand Guide across all projects. This role allowed me to balance leadership with creativity, equipping my team while delivering impactful designs that elevated the university’s athletic presence.
